The White Provision building renovation is complete and Knoll, Seed Factory and Dragonfly are now open. Room & Board and Abattoir are currently in the build out phase.

• The 610-space parking deck is open.
• The residential sales office next to West Egg Café is open and condominiums will be complete in April of 2009.
• Renovation of the historic White Provision building is complete with 60,000 square feet of Class A office space and 67,000 square feet of boutique retail, showroom and restaurant space. The newly constructed residential building will open in 2009 with 98 condominiums and 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
